Order Processing

Mysterious Grounds Coffee Company products are prepared and fulfilled after your order is placed. Please allow time for your order to be processed before shipment.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is available for $4.99.

Orders of $65 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Standard shipping typically takes approximately 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address or contact information provided during checkout.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been prepared for shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

Additional charges may apply if an order must be replaced or reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
